Being aware of what our brain does unconsciously can boost our productivity and overall sense of happiness. This course explores how the brain reacts to anticipate and mitigate stressful situations resulting from change. Participants will learn about the role that the brain plays in adapting to and managing change, and how it can react when exposed to social stresses.

Topics include:

  • understanding the brain's reactions to stress
  • optimizing the impacts of change
  • reinforcing the role of psychological safety
  • applying a growth mindset at work

Notes:

Course registration is reserved for the participants of the Manager Development Program: Virtual Edition (MDPv).
