Description

Leaders often need to make bold and sometimes unpopular decisions, and this takes courage. This course introduces the concept of courageous leadership and explores techniques for effectively leading employees through difficult times, including how to protect their emotional wellness. Through constructive reflection, relevant case studies, and moderated virtual discussions, participants will be better equipped to meet the challenges of difficult situations and thrive with confidence.

Topics include:

• using the DISC personality assessment tool to lead diverse teams
• leading during difficult times
• determining what is within your control and what is not
• preventing burnout
