Description
This course has been archived and has been replaced by Collaborative Learning Group for Managers (LPL137).
The key to effective leadership is honest self-reflection on behaviours, priorities and ambitions. As the final module in the Management Development Program (MDP), this course initiates a conversation with MDP participants about their role as leader and how they plan to continue their leadership journey outside the program. Participants will apply their new-found self-reflection skills by presenting their thoughts and lessons learned to their colleagues.
Topics include:
- reflecting on one's true self as a leader
- aligning the person you are with the person you are meant to be
- taking stock of yourself and your priorities
