Description

Mastering the art of negotiation is key to unlocking effective policy implementation, building consensus among stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation and facilitating conflict resolution.

This informative event features negotiation expert Glen Whyte, who will demonstrate how to build a strong arsenal of negotiation strategies and techniques and explore how to overcome common challenges in the negotiation process and deliver better outcomes for Canadians.

Participants will learn about negotiation techniques such as negotiating from a position of weakness, managing difficult or aggressive counterparts, using concessions and navigating cross-cultural negotiations.
