Description
Innovation in the public sector is dependent on cross-sector collaboration to address complex challenges and divergent approaches to decision-making, governance and risk management.
This event will feature experts from government, industry, and academia who will examine how sectors can work together despite differences in workplace cultures, priorities, audiences, and decision-making.
Participants will gain insights into creating the conditions needed for effective knowledge transfer, and strategies to foster collaboration that can drive innovation and improve outcomes for Canadians.
