A team is an engaged group of people who trust one another. This course explores the qualities and behaviours that are needed for a team to thrive. Participants will gain a better understanding of engagement methods and learn practical strategies for empowering others.
Topics include:
- defining the elements of engagement and empowerment
- exploring four key strategies to thrive as a team
- unleashing a team-focused action plan
- understanding why teams need to be engaged and empowered
