Description

Required equipment for virtual courses

To fully participate in the School's virtual courses, you must have a camera and a microphone.

A team is an engaged group of people who trust one another. This course explores the qualities and behaviours that are needed for a team to thrive. Participants will gain a better understanding of engagement methods and learn practical strategies for empowering others.

Topics include:

  • defining the elements of engagement and empowerment
  • exploring four key strategies to thrive as a team
  • unleashing a team-focused action plan
  • understanding why teams need to be engaged and empowered
