Description

Required equipment for virtual courses

To fully participate in the School's virtual courses, you must have a camera and a microphone.

A human-centred workplace revolves around the specific needs of its people and their contributions towards the organization's success. This course identifies why and how human-centred organizations thrive and explores three proven strategies for organizational success. Participants will acquire the practical knowledge needed to contribute to, and support, an organization that is productive, innovative, and which puts its focus on people first.

Topics include:

  • defining a human-centred organization
  • identifying why human-centred organizations thrive
  • exploring strategies that are essential to a thriving organization
  • developing an action plan to contribute to your organization's success
