Description
Strong interview skills can boost confidence, assist with public speaking, and improve performance during staffing processes. This online self-paced course uses a third-party AI-powered platform to simulate virtual practice interviews, followed by structured and unbiased feedback based solely on merit. Participants will complete a set of mock interviews to help them prepare for professional interviews in a real-world setting.
Topics include:
- practising communication and public speaking skills
- interviewing through a virtual platform
- responding to competency-based interview questions
- receiving personalized, confidential AI-generated feedback
Notes:
Once registered, participants will be presented with two sample job roles to review in preparation for the interview simulations. Learners must also consent to a third party user agreement to access the AI platform, which is hosted independently from the Government of Canada.
