The Canada School of Public Service is pleased to partner with the Investment Planning and Project Management Community of Practice to host the fifth annual learning day for the Government of Canada's project and program management community. This year's theme, Leading Projects in a Hybrid Work Environment, brings a new set of challenges, but also many new opportunities for learning.
This event features leaders who will share their thoughts, experiences and knowledge on how hybrid work has changed project management. They will provide insight on how the role of a project sponsor has evolved, how to launch new initiatives and how to manage a major project under difficult conditions.
Participants will learn about the skills and tools they need to effectively manage projects in a hybrid world. The event will also be an opportunity to celebrate the recipients of the Government of Canada Project Management Awards, and will allow the community to share other important aspects of project management in a government context.
By attending this event, participants can obtain Professional Development Units to help maintain their Project Management Institute certifications.
