Description

In an era marked by rapid technological advances and changing realities, it is crucial to remain agile, innovative, and motivated to successfully navigate the evolving landscape of investment planning and project management.

The sixth annual learning day event for the Government of Canada’s Investment Planning and Project Management Community will highlight strategies for redefining traditional approaches to projects and personal development, in part by demystifying the concept of project failure. This insightful event will feature a panel discussion with guests from across the Government of Canada, including from the Investment Planning and Project Management Community of Practice.

Participants will discover strategies for fostering a healthy environment where growth and innovation thrive, and will gain new perspectives on how to turn setbacks into successes and how to maintain a positive mindset when faced with new challenges. Participants will also learn about the latest news on the Organizational Project Management Capacity Assessment Tool.

This event will also host the Investment Planning and Project Management Community of Practice Award – Excellence in Project Management, which recognizes outstanding achievements in project management.

Registered participants will be eligible to receive Professional Development Units (PDUs) to support the maintenance of their Project Management Institute professional certifications.
