Description

Using adaptive and iterative approaches helps organizations to better manage uncertainty, risks, and assumptions.

This event will demonstrate the effectiveness of taking iterative approaches to program and service delivery and will highlight the importance of collecting regular feedback and prototype data to make evidence-informed decisions.

Participants will learn how to adopt and adapt best practices from specialized fields such as product management, agile development, and social innovation to manage risks, support continuous improvement, and drive innovation and service excellence in their organizations.
