Description
The federal procurement process involves complex planning and structured agreements which must be transparent, fair and ensure value for public funds.
This informative event will highlight the roles and responsibilities of public service managers throughout the procurement process. It will also focus on the importance of collaboration between managers and other functional experts, as well as how to meet operational needs while adhering to policies and values and ethics principles.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the federal procurement process, and the essential skills and resources needed to effectively manage their procurement-related responsibilities.
