Achieving better value for Canadians through effective project planning and successful delivery depends on public servants who are resilient, agile, and innovative.

This annual learning day for the Government of Canada’s investment planning and project management community brings leaders and practitioners together to share lessons learned on how to advance priorities such as greater efficiency, faster delivery, and a strong focus on results.

Participants will explore how purposeful planning, resilience and adaptability help to overcome project challenges, how innovative approaches can unlock new solutions, and how agility will improve and drive meaningful outcomes.

This event will also be an opportunity to announce the recipients of the Government of Canada Project Management Awards 2025.
