Change is an inevitable element of any project and handling it well is critical to project success. This online self-paced course explores the techniques used to effectively modify project pace or output using the Perform Integrated Change Control and Close Project or Phase processes. Participants will learn how to organize and manage work principles and processes during times of change, and to control the pace of change according to phases established by the Integrated Change Control (ICC) process.

Topics include:

• reviewing the definition, inputs and outputs of the ICC process
• managing the configuration of work processes and practices before, during and after a change
• planning and executing the closure of a project or a project phase
