A well-constructed project schedule can save time and money from start to finish. This online self-paced course outlines three of the six processes used to create and execute an effective project completion schedule: Plan Schedule Management, Define Activities, and Sequence Activities. Participants will learn how to identify and place project activities into a logical sequence in order to create a schedule network diagram and a project completion schedule.
Topics include:
- creating schedule management plans for project activities
- defining activities for small and large projects
- listing, sequencing, and assigning attributes to activities and milestones
- identifying and accommodating precedence and dependencies for project activities
