The role of an effective project manager is to ensure that a project progresses on time and according to a carefully planned schedule. This online self-paced course explores how to facilitate the management of a project schedule using the Estimate Activity Durations and Develop Schedule processes. Participants will learn how to estimate project activity durations and develop a project schedule using those estimates.
Topics include:
- planning, creating and using estimates to inform activity duration
- creating a project schedule using different tools and techniques
- stress testing a completed schedule using the critical path method
