Prioritizing risks based on careful assessment of probability and impact is key to project risk management and decision making. This online self-paced course examines two risk analysis processes in the project risk management knowledge area: Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis and Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis. Participants will learn to apply qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods to calculate and understand the financial implications and other costs of project risks.
