Description
There are a variety of established methods to complete project tasks. This online self-paced course explores common data gathering and analysis methods such as mapping, modelling, prioritization and timeboxing. Participants will learn new approaches for managing project meetings and events, along with the purpose and characteristics of the Net Promoter Score.
Topics include:
- identifying data gathering, estimating, prioritization and analysis methods
- evaluating meeting methods and their effectiveness
- explaining the Net Promoter Score and timeboxing

This course is intended for all public servants, including those with or without project management experience. Materials are aligned with the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition.
After completing all 26 courses in the CAPM course series, learners can register for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam (for a fee) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
