There are many project artifacts available to project managers and their teams. This online self-paced course highlights common project artifacts such as the business case, project brief, agreements and contracts, activity lists, and team charters. Participants will learn about how logs and registers can help record changes within a project, baseline artifacts such as budgets and schedules, and how information can be presented in different visual formats and reports.

Topics include:

  • identifying common strategy artifacts, logs and registers
  • distinguishing between hierarchy chart types and project management report artifacts
  • outlining project management baselines and common visual data
  • mapping artifacts across performance domains

Notes:

This course is intended for all public servants, including those with or without project management experience. Materials are aligned with the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition.

After completing all 26 courses in the CAPM course series, learners can register for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam (for a fee) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
