Description
A project management plan should capture the core aspects of project management work, including how the project will be executed, monitored, controlled and closed. This online self-paced course examines project planning artifacts such as change control, communications management and cost management. Participants will learn about the purpose of iteration, procurement management, project management plans, and quality management and release plans.
Topics include:
- identifying the key elements of a communications management plan
- exploring change control plans, cost management plans, iteration plans, release plans, quality management plans, and procurement management plans
- outlining the purpose of project management plans
Notes:
This course is intended for all public servants, including those with or without project management experience. Materials are aligned with the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition.
After completing all 26 courses in the CAPM course series, learners can register for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam (for a fee) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
