Description

In addition to Agile, there are many other effective adaptive methodologies available to project managers. This online self-paced course explores popular adaptive methodologies such as Scrum , Extreme Programming , the Scaled Adaptive Framework , Kanban , the Dynamic Systems Development Method and Lean principles. Participants will identify several adaptive methodologies to enable successful project outcomes.

Topics include:

  • explaining the key components of Extreme Programming , Scaled Adaptive Framework and the core Kanban concepts
  • outlining the key elements of the Dynamic Systems Development Method
  • identifying Lean project principles

Notes:

This course is intended for all public servants, including those with or without project management experience. Materials are aligned with the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition.

After completing all 26 courses in the CAPM course series, learners can register for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam (for a fee) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
