The nature of collaborative work is ever changing. The last two years have ushered in an unprecedented shift towards the adoption of virtual work behaviours, and now, government leaders across the country are preparing for even greater change as the federal public service adopts hybrid work as the new normal.
This EXecuTALK event features Courtney Amo, Executive Faculty Member at the Canada School of Public Service, who will share her insights, experiences and lessons learned on leading hybrid teams effectively and in times of change. Participants will learn practical tips on how to begin the transition to leading hybrid teams in today's evolving work environment.
