Description

An “artist of change” understands how to benefit from the changes happening around them, and will create their own transition process towards building a culture of innovation wherever they go.

The Artistry of Change® is an innovative system that blends together diverse fields such as educational kinesiology, psychology, change management theory, creative process models, and neuroscience. This event will demonstrate how these fields are merging in exciting ways to produce a new ‘workplace artistry’ and how to experience its full potential within teams and everywhere else around us.

Join Carla Rieger for a lively and practical talk about tools for adapting creatively to change in uncertain times.

Participants will discover how to:

• Move people from reactivity to solutions when change hits;

• Help people benefit from changes which may seem challenging; and

• Inspire a culture of innovation and resourcefulness in the workplace.

This event is presented by the National Managers’ Community.
