Description

Have you ever experienced performance anxiety at work? Having the knowledge, tools and strategies to make performance anxiety work for you, rather than against you, can make all the difference in individual and team performance.

This event features Dr. Sean Richardson, an experienced coach, who will share his insights on how managers and leaders can practice key strategies to transform anxiety into helpful energy, which can ultimately enhance performance.

Participants will gain a better understanding of how to be proactive in their team environment to reduce performance anxiety before it becomes debilitating to them. Additionally, participants will learn techniques for how to respond effectively when a team member is experiencing heightened stress.

This event is presented in partnership with the National Managers’ Community, the Canadian Innovation Centre for Mental Health in the Workplace, and the Canada School of Public Service.
