Description

Do you need greater organizational resilience? Are you experiencing talent drain? The responsibility of ensuring organizational continuity is an ongoing challenge for many leaders.

This EXecuTALK event features Joseph Silva, an executive faculty member at the Canada School of Public Service, who will share valuable insights and strategies aimed at enhancing organizational succession planning practices.
