Description

Empowering public servants to be effective leaders is essential to enhancing the quality of the programs and services provided to people in Canada.

This event will explore how emerging leaders at all levels can develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are essential for successful leadership. Panellists will share insights and lessons learned from their personal experiences.

Participants will discover new learning opportunities that can help them to thrive as future leaders in the public service.
