Description

Curiosity fosters creative thinking, enhances team building, and supports efficient goal achievement, both individually and collaboratively. Curiosity further implies that when public administrators are actively seeking the best ways to serve the public, it also enhances government effectiveness.

This event will explore the significance of curiosity and its effects on the role of public servants, including how they provide advice and expertise, innovate and continuously learn in their efforts to improve program and service delivery for Canadians.

Participants will discover how curiosity empowers them to seize new opportunities for learning and development, and draw valuable insights from best practices.
