In this era of innovation, leadership in the federal government plays a key role in creating an environment that fosters new ideas and in integrating innovation into organizational culture.
This first event of the series delves into organic leadership, an approach that calls for adaptability and collaboration, and will highlight how fostering a more natural development of leadership styles within teams enables them to break up routines and overcome barriers.
Participants will discover the advantages to applying a more fluid and responsive approach when leading in a constantly changing government environment.
