Description

In this era of innovation, leadership in the federal government plays a key role in creating an environment that fosters new ideas and in integrating innovation into organizational culture.

This first event in the Innovation and Adaptation in Leadership Series delves into organic leadership, an approach that calls for adaptability and collaboration, fostering a more natural development of leadership styles within teams, enabling them to break up routines and overcome barriers.

Participants will discover a more fluid and responsive approach to responding to challenges and opportunities, and come away with practical skills to effectively lead in a constantly changing government environment.

Speaker

  • Josée Lortie, PhD, Guest Professor and Member, Pierre Péladeau Center – Leadership et Management, HEC Montréal

Moderator

  • Anick Ouellette, Executive Faculty Member, Canada School of Public Service
