Description

Rapid technological change, evolving national challenges and high expectations for service delivery are placing sustained pressure on public service leaders and teams.

This event welcomes Sonia Lupien, research scientist at the University of Montréal’s Centre for Studies on Human Stress, who will explore how stress affects the brain and body and how those effects influence leadership, decision-making, communication, and overall performance during uncertain times.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of physiological and psychological stress responses along with practical, evidence-informed strategies to strengthen resilience at both individual and team levels. They will also leave better-equipped to lead through change with clarity, adaptability, and sustained performance under pressure.
