Description

In a time of rapid change, increased pressure to achieve results, hybrid work and evolving social expectations, organizational culture and values are put to the test. Executives must reconcile sometimes competing priorities, maintain team cohesion and engagement, and translate values into concrete day-to-day actions.

This event draws on the experience of Frantz Saintellemy, Chancellor and Chair of the Board of the Université de Montréal, who will provide concrete strategic insight into values-based governance and leadership. Drawing on his role as an influencer of the organizational culture of a large public organization, Frantz , a recognized leader in the public and private sectors, will explain how to integrate values into day-to-day decisions and practices.

Participants will reflect on current leadership challenges and be equipped to advance a cohesive, inclusive culture in line with values, supporting informed decision-making and lasting results in the public service.
