Description

The rapid use of AI is changing how we apply judgment, enhance our skill sets, and work together effectively. At the same time, it is also disrupting how we share our knowledge and expertise with our colleagues, including new staff and other young professionals.

This event will feature a discussion with Matissa Hollister, professor from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, who will speak about how AI is changing the way people learn at work, and what public service leaders must do to support the continuous development of their people in an increasingly digital workplace.

Participants will learn about the practical strategies that can help them find the right balance between the use of AI and the people, skills, and expertise needed to develop the public service of the future.
