Notes:
Coaching for Effective Leadership (TRN402) is a prerequisite for this course. It is also recommended that learners take Developing Successful Coaching Relationships (TRN439) (a one-hour online self-paced course) prior to starting TRN401.
This course builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in Coaching for Effective Leadership (TRN402) and is uniquely focused on applying a coaching approach to a peer coaching conversation in a group setting, rather than one on one.
This course requires one hour of pre-course preparatory work.
