Sharing insights and experiences is an important part of the learning experience, especially within the executive community. This series brings public service executives together for enriching facilitator-led conversations about emerging challenges and other current topics of interest. Participants will reflect upon their experiences as leaders in the public service, converse with other executives, and set goals to apply the knowledge they gain from these discussions to their workplace.
Topics include:
- finding opportunities from challenges
- assessing personal impacts of wellness
- achieving results in turbulent times
- promoting diversity and inclusion
- honing leadership skills for the future
Notes:
Each reflection takes place in three stages:
- Individual reflection to be completed in the days leading up to the group conversation
- Group conversation to connect virtually with other executives interested in the same discussion topic
- Actions in the right direction to transfer the new knowledge acquired into the workplace
Schedule:
Topics vary by offering. To register, identify the discussion(s) you are interested in and select the corresponding offering date.
