Leading change effectively is an important skill for leaders at all levels in today's complex and unpredictable world. This course explores the people side of change and how understanding common responses can reveal opportunities to move through change more quickly and easily. Participants will apply a leading model of change and develop a personal reflective action plan to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Topics include:
- identifying the benefits of moving beyond change management towards change leadership;
- applying the Bridges Transition Model to support people through the challenges of change;
- applying the Bridges Transition Model to discover new opportunities stemming from change;
- developing an action plan to enhance leadership effectiveness consistent with the key elements of successful change.
