Description

Servant leadership is a transformational approach to life and work in which the goal of the leader is to serve first. This course moves beyond the basics of servant leadership to focus on three foundational leadership characteristics: self-awareness, listening and empathy. Through interactive exercises and self-reflection journaling activities, participants will leverage their new insights to cultivate effective strategies and practices and make the shift towards servant leadership.

Topics include:

  • reviewing key concepts from the introductory course on servant leadership
  • exploring and developing skills related to self-awareness, listening and empathy
  • identifying personal strategies towards becoming a servant leader
