Description
As workplaces continue to evolve, human-centred leadership plays a critical role in addressing the unique challenges presented by work environments that may be partially or fully remote, or ones that are geographically dispersed. This course explores the key pillars of applying a human-centred and people-first approach to helping managers lead their hybrid teams. Through virtual discussions, participants will learn about the pillars of trust, listening and mattering, and practical tools to use in support of each of these pillars.
Topics include:
- exploring the different types of resistance that leaders may encounter
- examining trust, listening and mattering as pillars of a people-first approach in a context of psychological safety
- leveraging strategies and other resources to help managers lead their teams in a hybrid workplace
Notes:
This discussion-based course is designed for supervisors, managers and executives who actively lead others.
