At work, it can sometimes be challenging for individuals to express themselves creatively or contribute their ideas freely. This online self-paced course describes some of the barriers to creativity in the workplace and examines different ways to overcome them. Participants will explore techniques for fostering creativity within teams, including brainstorming, role playing and creating a safe space where everyone can contribute their ideas.
