Inspirational leadership is founded on trust and the sharing of common goals and perspectives. This online self-paced course explores the characteristics people look for in an inspiring leader, including credibility, vision and trust. Participants will learn about the traits and behaviours that inspirational leaders exemplify and the importance of clear, credible and persuasive messages.
