Description

Organizational and interpersonal dynamics, along with high-pressure situations, can sometimes cause others to behave unprofessionally. This online self-paced course explains ways to develop your emotional awareness, or emotional quotient (EQ), by learning how to actively listen to and empathize with others as a way to acknowledge other people's emotions. Participants will explore strategies for building emotional intelligence and learn how to apply them within their organization and to their workplace relationships.

Topics include:
