The stress that comes with work pressures can often be overwhelming. This online self-paced course explains how to recognize and consciously react to work-related stress, and how to understand the impact of work pressure on physical and mental health. Participants will learn about building resilience, developing mental flexibility, and responding to high-pressure situations.
