Description

As the Government of Canada implements a new hybrid-by-design model for its workplaces across the country, supporting public servants to navigate this transition is vital. 

This fifth event in the Hybrid Workplace Series offers an opportunity to reflect on the shift currently underway and the experience of transitioning to a hybrid work environment that is new for many federal employees.

Participants will learn how to navigate the transition in a way that empowers them, and how to integrate this change into their professional realities.
