Description

Embedding risk management processes across all functions and levels of an organization supports decision-making and the achievement of objectives.

In collaboration with the Interdepartmental Risk Management Network, chaired by the Public Health Agency of Canada, this event will provide practical tips and best practices for fostering a risk-informed culture within federal departments and will share insights from experts who have successfully integrated risk management into their own strategic and operational processes.

Participants will learn how they can contribute to a more cohesive, embedded and organization-wide approach to risk management.

This event builds on insights gained during the following events: Communicating Risk in Complex Situations and Decoding Risk Management.
