Description
The growing use of digital tools, including generative AI, is reshaping how young people think, connect and work. As new patterns of interaction and information processing develop, many organizations are now encouraging balanced digital practices that ensure sustainable engagement and well-being across the next generation of employees.
This event features Professor Linda S. Pagani, who will present evidence on the impacts of technology use and shifting generational expectations in the workplace. Drawing from her research in psychoeducation and developmental psychology, she will suggest strategies for building workforce resilience and creating environments where employees can thrive.
Participants will gain practical insights into how organizations can better support the psychosocial adaptation and autonomy of young workers, with a goal of fostering a healthier, more inclusive, and future-ready public service.
