Description

Artificial intelligence (AI) is quickly reshaping how the Government of Canada operates, makes decisions, and develops talent. As AI tools become embedded in day-to-day work, public service leaders must navigate new opportunities and rapid change by combining technical literacy with human-centred skills such as empathy, resilience, critical thinking, and trust.

This forward-looking event draws on real-world experiences related to the adoption of AI technologies and explores the core competencies needed to navigate change with meaningful impact. The event will offer strategies for using new tools, guiding teams through uncertainty, and harnessing AI confidently and responsibly.

Participants will gain practical insights into building AI-ready leadership using a people-first approach that complements the interpersonal skills that define strong, human-centred leadership.
