Description
Effective investment planning relies on credible costing to help guide decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure responsible stewardship throughout the investment life cycle. As initiatives move from concept to implementation, decision-makers need to consider not only the estimated costs of an investment, but also the level of uncertainty associated with those estimates.
This event will explore how cost estimate ranges support investment planning, project approvals and risk management, while also enabling transparent discussions with governance bodies and senior management to support informed decision-making.
Participants will learn how to interpret, assess, and communicate cost estimate ranges, strengthening their ability to support investment decisions and contribute to effective project, risk, and financial management in their organizations.
