Part II of the Canada Labour Code protects the health and safety of employees in the federal jurisdiction. This online self-paced course provides an overview of the basic requirements and application of the Canada Labour Code, under which managers and supervisors carry out the role of the employer. Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will be able to familiarize themselves with their respective rights, duties and responsibilities.
