Description

Children and teenagers are spending an increasing amount of their daily lives connected to smartphones and social media, which, for some, has raised concerns about how digital technology is influencing their personal development.

Revisit this fascinating event which featured a presentation and fireside chat about how exposure to digital technology and social media is influencing the health and development of our children.

This inspiring conversation included valuable perspectives about social media use among adolescents, how early, daily, and online experiences influence their health and development, and how new research can help to inform policies and interventions designed to promote the healthy development in people of all ages.
