Description

One of the most important elements of high-performing teams is strong relationships between team members. Whether between colleagues or leaders and employees, trust is essential and must be built on a culture of psychological safety.

This must-attend event features Dr. Bill Howatt, an international expert in workplace mental health, who will elaborate on the importance of mental health literacy, workplace purpose and emotionally intelligent leadership in today's federal public service.

Participants will deepen their understanding of mental health and walk away with practical strategies to foster psychological safety, helping their own teams to thrive and perform at their best.
