Description

Fairness is fundamental to delivering on the promise of merit, integrity and service to Canadians. But how do we move from aspiration to action, and how can we build a workplace where fairness isn’t just an ideal, but a daily reality?

This event features Siri Chilazi, Harvard researcher and co-author of the new book Make Work Fair: Data-Driven Design for Real Results, who will offer a powerful new lens on fairness at work—one grounded in evidence, data and real-world impact.

Participants will learn why fairness is essential for organizational performance and workplace culture, as well as for earning and maintaining public trust. Through actionable, research-backed strategies, they will discover how to embed fairness into their daily decisions and systems to build a workplace where everyone can thrive and contribute fully.
