Part of the government's strategy to improve mental health and wellness in the workplace is to empower employees to strengthen their own mental fitness. This online self-paced course focuses on the steps that employees can take to build a strong resilience to stress in the workplace. Participants will learn that by using the power of the body's response to stress and practising specific lifestyle habits, they can elevate their health and performance towards effectively managing their levels of stress.
